You can delete your Coppi account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Coppi.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and its records are removed.
Option 2 — By email
If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@coppio.io from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so we don't delete the wrong person's data. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your dogs' profiles, records and photos.
- Health records — feeding, weight, medications and dose history.
- Training progress, streaks and badges.
- AI conversations and your dogs' learned memory.
What we keep, and why
We retain records of any safety disclaimers you accepted — which tool, the wording version and the date — for up to six years. These contain no health or training data about your dog. We keep them only to evidence that safety information was shown and accepted, which we may need to establish or defend a legal claim.
Data stored on your phone. Deleting your account removes your data from our servers. A few things live only on your device — such as the behavioural coaching sessions you start in the app. To clear those too, use Settings → Reset & Start Over before deleting, or uninstall the app afterwards.
