Coppio Ltd is responsible for personal information processed through this website and company enquiries. We are registered in England & Wales, Company No. 17327561, ICO registration ZC290458.

Information you choose to share
If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if given), enquiry type and message. If you email us, we receive your email address, name where provided and the contents of your message. We use this to respond, handle your enquiry and keep relevant correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to company enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable.
The contact form is the only form on this website and does not create an account. Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and forwarded to our company email. Coppi applications are handled through the Coppi website.
Optional analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 only if you choose “Allow analytics”. Before that choice, we do not load Google Analytics or send analytics events. You can browse the whole website after selecting “Decline”.
When allowed, analytics helps us understand page visits, clicks through to Coppi and company contact-link clicks. Google may process online identifiers, device and browser information and website interactions. We do not send the contents of email messages, email addresses or beta applications as analytics event data. Our analytics configuration removes query strings and fragments from the page address it sends.
Analytics is based on your consent. Advertising features and advertising consent remain disabled.
- _ga and _ga_… cookies: Google Analytics uses these to distinguish visits and maintain session information. We configure a maximum lifetime of 180 days; you can remove them sooner.
- coppio-analytics-consent-v1: a setting saved in your browser’s local storage to remember your cookie choice for up to 180 days. This preference is used whether you accept or decline. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies for the current page only.
You can change your choice at any time using . If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics, remove accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website and reload the page to end the loaded analytics script. You can also remove cookies and site data in your browser settings.

Website delivery and service providers
Our website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the website and our correspondence. This can include technical request information, such as IP addresses and request times, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website.
Where analytics is enabled, Google processes analytics data. Service providers may process information outside the UK. Contact us for information about the transfer safeguards applicable to your information; Google also explains its safeguards in its privacy policy.
How long information is kept
We keep company correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable business or legal requirements. Cookie and preference lifetimes are described above. Analytics reporting retention is controlled in our Google Analytics account.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to processing or request a portable copy. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Contact hello@coppio.io to make a request.
